Error while refreshing data

Hi,

I am getting below error when i try to refresh data after entering the details.



Please advise how to solve this.

    Are you using 2.4 version or 2.3 version?
    You should not get this error in 2.4 version.
    In 2.3 version you will get this error when:
    1. In Quotes.csv file you will have 2 quotes for the same symbol on the same day. Please check c:\PortfolioSlicer\PSData folder and if error.txt file is not in there, that means this is not the issue.
    2. In the quotes.csv file you have quotes for symbol that is not included in the Excel Symbol table. Add that Symbol information into Excel Symbol table.

    Dear Vidas,

    Thanks for the quick reply. However i tried both. But still i am getting the same error. One more observation is PSData folder is not getting updated even after i successfully run UpdatePSData.bat file.

    Please check and advise what i am missing.
