Initial Download - I don't get the zip file, just the excel file.

First off, let me say I'm a novice at best when it comes to Excel. I went to the download tab and started following the instructions. I clicked on the download link and instead of getting a zip file, I get the excel file. I tried the properties button but I do not get the window shown on the download instructions. I'm using Windows 10 here. Where do I find the zip file?

All downloads have the extension of .zip - so they are zip files. You have to "unzip" files and inside there will be either Excel file or set of scripts.
