moving to a MAC

Hi Vidas,

A you know, I have been a long time user of PS. I am currently planning to migrate over to a MACOS system. Will it still be possible to use PS on this OS?

    Hi Joe,

    Unfortunatelly I have a bad news - Portfolio Slicer in Excel or PowerBI will not work on MacOS, because PowerPivot/PowerBI engine currently works just on Windows OS.

    You could use VMWare Fusion to run windows with the Excel. That's what I do. It's very stable.

    qos, if I install Fusion, do I need to buy a license of windows to install in that environment?

    Yes, you do. You could reuse a windows license from another computer as long as it is no longer online.
