When i look at the table on the "yearly " page entitled "Yearly Movements" I have a red circle with an X in the years 2016 and 2017 for the column called "dividends" and i have a yellow circle with an exclamation point in the same column for years 2013, 2014 and 2015. What is the significance of these circles with these symbols?
Thanks

Many reports (Pivot Tables) in PS have conditional formatting applied. You can see and change that by selecting any cell inside pivot table and then choosing "Home"->"Conditional Formatting"->"Manage Rules" and then selecting rule you want to change and clicling "Edit Rule...". That is all standard Excel functionality.
For Dividends % rule is :
Green - when value is >= 3%
Yellow - when value is >= 1.5%
Red - when value is < 1.5%
I attached image with rule below.
