  Yes, move files to another computer to the same location and assuming that Excel version is the same, it should work.
  But make sure:
  - If it is a new computer setup, make sure that you start Internet Explorer and go through setup once.
  - You might need to setup PowerShell on your new computer: http://portfolioslicer.com/scripts/setup-powershell.html
