Stock purchase --- Current total value is shown as Capital Gain (worksheet daily)

I hope this finds you well. There is an issue I have come across this week. I bought shares of a foreign stock (200 @18.51, FX 0.9016) on 12/18. The daily total value on 12/20 was 3.414. In the worksheet "Daily" this value of 3.414 is shown as capital gain rather than just the difference between 12/18 and 12/20 which $75. The worksheets "Monthly", "Yearly" and "Holdings" show this difference of $75.
What have I missed to enter here?

This behaviour indicates that you do not have quotes for that symbol for the date 2019-12-18 and probably 2019-12-19. So go to Quotes subfolder, open file __.txt and enter quote manually
