I believe you are seeing standard Excel functionality when value from the previous row is not displayed if it is the same (you have multiple transactions on the same day). Try right mouse click on any cell in that column, then choose "Field Settings", then go to "Layout & Print" tab and select checkbox "Repeat item labels".
