srcReview has very small amounts

Several of my stocks in the srcReview tab of the PortfolioSlicer-Source worksheet are showing very small amount in the order of 2.22044604925031E-14. How do I get these to zero? I sold these stocks a couple of years ago.
I am using v3.0 on a Windows 11 platform, Microsoft 365.

First I would attempt to adjust sell quantity to that symbol to match EXACTLY quantity you had.
As alternative you can change current filter Qty>0 to Qty>0.001.
Next to Symbol header there is a filter symbol, click on it, then "Value Filters", then "Greater Than..." and then change 0 to 0.001.
