Migration Data not available
My issue looks the same as lisaD's (Migration Data not appearing). I have tried a couple of browsers. No luck.
When I click edit on the http://old.portfolioslicer.com/WorkbookList page, I get no details on the webbook and I get no upgrade data.

In you symbol list you have funds where 2 funds with different symbol point to the same symbol.
So for example you have symbols for fundA and fundB, but at the very end they are exactly the symbol. When I generate migration data, there is error message and that is preventing from other migration data to appear.
Solution - review your symbol list and remove one of the duplicate symbols.
There are 3 pairs of such symbols, I can send you data over email.
