Is there any way to get Portfolio Slicer to report interest income (from a GIC, for example) separately from dividend income (from share ownership)? Thank you.
How do you record interest income received from GIC and do you have separate symbol for each GIC. If so, then adding filter for symbol to dividends report should allow you to see interest for each GIC symbol. Also, you could use transactions field TransSubType to identify such payments uniquely and then for dividends report apply an additional filter for TransSubType

Transaction type "Int" is good just for cash interest. For GIC you should use "DivTA" so you will be able to track interest on that GIC.
