I have read the thread on people having issues with Google Quotes, so I'm not sure if this is a similar error or if it's just Google.

    Hi, First make sure that you have latest script file - specifically scrip GetExchRates-GoogleIntraday.ps1 should have a date of 2017-11-25. If that is OK, then can you please send me your psConfig.txt file and file from the Log folder Scripts\Log\GetExchRates-GoogleIntraday.txt.     OK, from your log file I can see that you get an error when you visit page:

    https://finance.google.com/finance?q=USDCAD

    Could you please go to that URL and check what do you see - is there a page that shows exchange rate or is there a page where google ask you to prove that you are not a robot?

    404. That’s an error.

    The requested URL /search was not found on this server. That’s all we know.

    Hi, could you please try few more times today and tomorrow. I tried just after you posted your reply and I was getting same error message. But it appears that Google reinstated that page now.

    Hmmm. Notice how the URLs are different between Vidas's posted URL image and dstirling's posted URL image. I'm getting the "red errors", as in the image posted at the top of this page. (What's happening with me at the moment is inconsistent) .. So I'm thinking things are likely happening over at Google (or my Firefox?).

    For me link sometimes works and sometimes I am getting 404. Clearly, Google is changing what data is available. If this is a permanent move, then this source will become unusable. I am looking if Maxim can provide scripts to other sources.

    This morning I am getting better than a 4o4 error, however not what you posted. Not as many red errors today, but still looking like a google issue.

    Count me in! I am having the same problems on update today. I think I know the cause. Google is likely updating Finance that they have been doing in the past. Can we switch to a different site, like xe.com perhaps

    I'm having the same problem. But I got one of the quotes.
    Checked the the log and pasting below one which gave error and the other one.
    The url works fine for both.
    In case that helps to find the problem.

    It appears that google is removing access to their data. Maxim promissed to send update script soon, but I have no timeline.

    OK, Maxim just provided files to get intraday exchange rates from xe.com. I just posted them on Download page - please re-download scripts and report any errors.

    Hi,
    any solution for stock quotes, everytime I run the intraday script I only get 1 or 2 quote updates, and different ones each time. That sounds silly, it shows that google still has the quotes but downloading in a random manner.

    I tried using yahoo quotes with symbol rename, (YahooSymbol,GoogleSymbol) but that doesn't work for me. Maybe that's not the right way.

    Even tried to changing the line 38 as mentioned in another post but did not work for me.

    Is there any way to download quotes from yahoo till google issue is solved?
