Workbook will not update with Refresh All

I am just setting up the portfolio slicer workbook. i selected refresh all for the first update of information and get an error message. The message says the query did not run here's the error message we got:
MdxScript(Model)c(6, 41) The syntax for 'tblstart' is incorrect
