No Problems adding PowerBI at any time later. Most of the reports are the same between Excel and PowerBI.
Main benefit of PowerBI - it refreshes current screen and Excel refreshes all worksheets at once and has to do double refresh, so PowerBI refresh is much much faster - usually under 10 sec, when Excel data refresh can be 1min+
