I would like to know if Portfolio Slicer can be configured to download data from Bloomberg?

Hello,
No, there is no script available to download data from Bloomberg.

So in this case, how can it managed? I have several mutual funds that there is no in google nor yahoo web page..

Unfortunately without automatic quotes, your only option is to provide quotes manually. You need just one quote per month for PS to work without any issues, and your portfolio date will be up to date as often as you update quotes.
