Excel 2016 - Chart Solid Fill Invert if Negative - Does Not save Inverted Fill Colour

On my bar charts, I would like to have negative values display in RED. I am able to set this but if I save and return it appears that my selected colour setting is not saved.
I wonder if anyone else has experienced this issue with Excel 2016?

Hi,

I have seen this happening before, but I cannot explain why. I know that in my case I had to fully rebuild Pivot table to make colors stick, so I would suggest - try creating new PivotChart and see if colors will stay.
I also found article that recommends office repair, so maybe try repair before rebuilding charts.
