Do not apply latest Excel/Office updates in you are still using Excel 2010
After latest (Feb 12, 2020) updates on Office 2010, I cannot refresh Portfolio Slicer workbook data. I am looking into the workaround and will post here when one is available. For now, please do not apply latest updates to your Office 2010 if you are using it for Portfolio Slicer.

- Removing last 2 or 3 updates to excel
- Restarting PC
- Going into Control Panel->Programs->Selecting Office/Excel and choosing "Fix install"
- Restarting PC again
