Error in Cash Transactions and Dividend Missing

I am using version 2.3. I have added a new account to the spreadsheet.
The cash transaction shows "#VALUE!" for whatever reasons.
Also, the dividend amount does not show.
Would you give me some help?

Can you show values for all row? Are Qty and Price column values numeric?

I checked and both Qty and Price are numeric. Below are the screenshot of all columns
