So OXY has given warrants to purchase for OXY stock holders. They have their own ticker -- OXY.WTWI and have been initially priced at 8.00 USD each. They just showed up in my account with a activity type of "Stock Dividend Due Bill".
From OXY: "You will receive 1/8th of a warrant for every share of common stock of which you are the record holder as of July 6, 2020." They will expire in 2027.
Any suggestions on how I should enter these?

You might use standard transactions types as if that you will buy these warrants.
For that , you have to figure out how do you track cost basis for them:
1. If want to reduce OXY each stock cost basis by 8$ per share, then you would enter transactions (assuming 100 shares, original cost was 15$ per share):
2020-07-06 SymbolTransferOut, OXY, Count: 100, Price: 18.21$, CostBasisOVerrride: 1500
2020-07-06 SymbolTransferIn, OXY, Count: 100, Price: 18.21$, CostBasisOverride: (1500$-(ROUND(100/8)*8$))=1500$ - 96$ = 1404$
2020-07-06 SymbolTransferIn, OXY.WTWI, Count: 100/8, Price: 8$, CostBasisOverride: $96
2. If you do not want to change cost basis for your original OXY shares, you cand the simply add SymbolTransferIn transaction for new symbol:
2020-07-06 SymbolTransferIn, OXY.WTWI, Count: 100/8, Price: 8$, CostBasisOverride: $0
