How should i proced to change the location "C:\PorfolioSlicer\PSData\" to a different folder and where i change the path on the Excel workbook

You have to have PowerPivot enabled (if available) on your Excel and then:
Power Pivot->Manage->Existing Connections-> Change location for each connection.
Also you would need to change psConfig.txt file area PSDataFolder to direct where PSData folder is located.
