Invoke WebRequest fails in UpdatePS.bat

I have a weird error since updating to use PS version 2.3 in Excel 2019. It appears UpdatePS.bat is unable to open a webquery to source the quotes and output them to *.txt files in the Quotes folder. Anyone seen this before and know how to fix? I don't suppose that MS Edge is needed in place of I.E in the code?

    Usually you get this error when you have never opened Internet Explorer on your computer. Please open Internet Explorer (not Edge) on your computer, answer to questions you will be asked (like default browser, etc) and then try running scripts again.

    Thanks Vidas, you da man. Edge was set as default in place of I.E.
