Transactions to exchange currency

My broker will often transfer currency from a CAD portfolio to a USD portfolio or vice-versa. Is it a best practice to use Withdraw/Deposit to show the transactions or SymbolTransferOut/SymbolTransferIn?

    My understanding is that your broker is transferring cash, so you should be using Withdraw/Deposit transactions.
