PortfolioSlicer 2.4 Invalid Account

In the Transaction Section, entries older than 2020 are showing "Invalid Account" error. Is there a limit to the historical data in PortfolioSlicer v2.4?

    In "src" tab there is Local Config table. There is MinDate parameter - can you please make sure that the value is correct there - maybe your MinDate is 2020-01-01?
    There is no limit to historical data.
  • I checked the minimum date value and it appears to be correct at 2016-04-06
    However, I think that I accidently deleted the initial transaction line that is marked "DO NOT DELETE". I tried to enter is again with the data on the initial file. I'm sure that this caused the problem that i am having.

    Is there a way of properly restoring that transaction line?
  • That first "Do Not Delete" transaction line is very important to address Excel limitations (first n rows to figure out the type of data in each column). I do not know of a safe/sure way to restore that transaction. Your options:
    1. Take an empty Source file and copy data there.
    2. Open empty source file and copy that "Do not Delete" row and paste into your Source workbook. It might work, but it might not work - no guarantees.

    Thank you for your help. Your suggestion worked and I have been able to restore all of my historical data!
